• Monday-Satruday 08:00 - 16:30 

• Drop off and collection times are scheduled in line with daily routine and in coordination with other customers and in some cases will require your flexibility.
  

• Sunday appointment only bookings

• Holiday hours will differ and to be discussed in advance

• Scheduling your stay in advance is required 

• There may be fees for operating outside of the daily operating windows. Please contact us to discuss prior to booking.

• Located just off the A42 giving fast and easy access to Birmingham and East Midlands Airports
• We are closed for boarding for certain periods of the year to enable facility and grounds refresh to maintain our luxury offerings. During these times we are still fully available for bookings & enquiries.
